3-Day Love It or Leave It Return Policy

At Rome Pre-Owned, we know that buying a vehicle is a major decision. That’s why every car we sell includes our 3-Day Love It or Leave It Guarantee. Take the time to make sure your new ride fits your lifestyle—show it off to friends, family, even your pets. If within three days you decide it’s not the right fit, we’ll issue you a full credit for the purchase price that can be applied toward a different vehicle from our inventory.

Please note: This policy applies to vehicles returned within 3 calendar days and with fewer than 100 additional miles driven.

How to Return Your Vehicle

Step 1: Verify Your Eligibility

You have up to 3 days after your purchase to return the vehicle for credit toward another car. This offer is valid only if the vehicle has been driven less than 100 miles since the date of purchase.

Step 2: Inspect the Vehicle

The car must be returned in the same condition it was sold. Any new damage (scratches, dents, accidents, etc.) may disqualify the return or require approval from management.

Step 3: Bring Proper Documentation

Please bring the following with you:

• A valid photo ID
• The original purchase documents
• Any co-signer listed on the agreement must also be present

Once you return the vehicle and complete the necessary paperwork, we’ll apply your purchase credit toward any other vehicle on our lot.
